How it works
Five steps. You are never asked to pay anything until step four, when your price and appointment date are confirmed to you in writing.
Passports: 10 working days, guaranteed. Or your coordination fee back.
1. You message us
On WhatsApp or through the form. You get a reference code immediately, plus the document checklist for your case. We reply within the hour during opening hours (8am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday).
2. We find out what you need
Renewal, a child's first passport, a lost passport, NIN, BVN, a visa, or several at once. We check your documents against the current official requirements and tell you honestly if you can do it yourself.
3. We agree your quote with our agent
A vetted, UK-based agent who does this every week. We agree what your case involves and what it costs.
4. We confirm your price and appointment date
In writing, on WhatsApp, with your reference code. Official fees (paid by you to the government) are listed separately from the coordination fee. You then pay.
5. You attend once, and we track it home
We brief you the day before your appointment: what to bring, where to go, what happens. Afterwards we track the document until it reaches you by Special Delivery, and we check in to make sure it did.
