Nigerian Docs UK is an independent UK coordination service for Nigerian identity documents: passports, NIN, BVN and Nigeria visas. We are run by a UK-based compliance and privacy professional of Nigerian heritage who has been through these processes personally and knows exactly where they go wrong.

What we do, and do not do
We coordinate. You tell us what you need; we check your documents against the current official requirements; we agree a quote with a vetted UK-based agent who prepares and submits the application and books your appointment; we confirm the price and the date to you in writing; you pay; you attend once; we track the document to your door.
We do not take official fees. Those are paid by you to the Nigeria Immigration Service, the High Commission, NIMC or the CBN directly. We are not any of those bodies and are not affiliated with them. We cannot attend biometrics for you or skip any queue, and we will tell you plainly when you do not need us at all.
How we vet agents
- Identity and UK address verified.
- A track record of completed applications we have checked.
- A written agreement covering response times, what is included, and how your data is handled.
- No advance payment before your quote and appointment date are confirmed to you.
- For NIN, only NIMC-licensed enrolment centres.
Your data
This website collects only your name, your WhatsApp number, the service you asked about and any travel date you give us. Your documents never pass through this website; they go to the agent directly in your conversation. Full details are in our privacy notice.
Complaints
If anything goes wrong, with us or with an agent we introduced, tell us first: message +44 7821 275810 or email michaelo@januscompliance.co.uk with your reference code. We acknowledge within one working day and aim to resolve within ten. If you are not satisfied, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office about data matters, or Citizens Advice about consumer matters.
